Shared Optional Tab: Abstract

• The Abstract Tab is included in applications that can be associated to a legal document, ie. Lease, Insurance and Contract.
• The Legal Abstract application is a way of storing important legal document clauses against an entity, for future reference and reporting.

Abstract: this is the Legal Abstract Profile for this entity.

Status: select from this drop down to nominate if the legal document is still in Draft form or is Final.

Execution Date: this is the date the legal document was executed.

Category tree view (left-hand pane): this is the list of relevant clauses for the legal document.

Category Details (right-hand pane): this is the details of the clause for this entity. These details can be Changed and Deleted using the Maintenance Push-Buttons (Right Hand Side).
